So before I get into any updates I have to vent about how long it takes to upload a picture. Seriously about 3 minutes per picture which is why you are only getting two tonight as I have a blue million things to do and don't have time to sit here and wait for pictures to up load. If anyone has advice on how to speed this process up please tell me!
Now... I'll try and calm down, but seriously with today's technology that is stupid... o.k. I think I'm done.
So one to what we've been up to in short
- Tom's mom came to visit us for a week which was super nice, as I didn't have to do dishes, cook a meal or do laundry all week.. awesome!
- We attending a golf outing for Tom's work and golfed horrible but had a good time with Chuck and Heidi our golf partners for the day
- We... or Tom has been working diligently on our deck... see pic below (one of the two I got up tonight). I am loving the composite decking!!!! So won't ever go back to treated wood!
- Had a date morning... at the spa, and Carter had his first babysitter Randi, who is the niece some friends here. They seemed to do just fine
- And as for Carter he is not fully mobile... he is pulling up on everything. Opening doors, scooting around everywhere and even climbing the stairs... still not crawling, but seriously if he wanted to crawl I think he could since climbing the stairs isn't any different! So we have been baby proofing the house also.
Next week we are headed to the U.P. for a week vacation and I can't wait. NO WORK for awhile. So this may be the last post before we go... unless I decide to post more pictures.. ha we'll see about that.
