Here are some pictures from our lazy day at home.
Oh what a storm.... ha ha ha
Our little boy is growing up so fast! Today is the first time that Tom and I noticed he could stand for longer than 10 seconds with only using us for support. I think the longest he made it tonight was about 3 minutes. Still not rolling over but definitely getting so much stronger. Here is a picture of him finding his feet... since my mom always ask he if has done it yet... maybe because it is so darn cute and we wish we were that flexible! I swear he found them on his own, but I couldn't get a good picture so I had to hold him.
I also have to give a shout out to my friend Jana. He loves loves loves loves the blanket that you made him. (For those of you wondering is what we can an afghan blanket, shown in the picture above and below. It must be the texture and the fact that he can weave his fingers through it. Thank-you so much for this gift! We use it every day.
Were getting down to the last few days before Christmas break and we can't wait. Family, food, snowboarding, and babysitters (family of course ;-), its going to be great. Tom and I have been really busy with holiday activities and Carter has seen Santa twice now! We keep telling him that doesn't mean you double the number of gifts but I don't think he understands. :-) The only major feat I have left to accomplish is packing to go home, getting everything to fit will be Tom's job. Can't wait to see everyone!

In case this our last post before the holidays we want to wish everyone a
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
