This past week in our household we have been busy little bee's. It all started last Wednesday when we got a visit from my Aunt Sharon and Uncle Chuck. It was so nice to see them even if it was only for a few hours. Hopefully their next time there visit will be longer. :-) Then on Thursday night we headed up to
Gladwin for the long holiday weekend. Tom and I got to golf 18 holes and enjoy the nice weather. Not going to say what my golf score was, just that it was worst then 60 on both sets of 9.... guess I'm not going to be golfing a 45 this season. While we were out playing Carter got to spend some quality time with his grandma. Carter was of course spoiled by the Easter Bunny and his grandparents. Below you'll see a picture of some of his Easter load. This doesn't include his presents from my parents or the presents that he got early! I'm not even going to comment on how spoiled I think Carter is. The weekend was great, it was so nice to see our family and spend some time hanging out, but as always it was nice to come home. Monday night Tom put together Carter bike seat and we took it out for a little spin after his bath. I think it liked it. I hope he trusts me as a driver because Tom couldn't mount the seat on his bike so Carter will be my passenger this summer, I bet my legs are going to get a work out!
Then to round out the week Tom and I... well Tom since he takes care of all the
mortgage stuff, refinanced the house and we finally got to sign all the papers tonight. So needless to say it was a busy week here.
I'll close this post with giving a shout out to our friends
Wess and Linda by saying
CONGRATULATIONS on their expected arrival. We found out today they are expecting their first baby this fall. We are so happy for them and wish them the best.

After the first test drive, smiling so it couldn't be that bad.

Our first family Easter photo with Carter

Carter's presents... except for the Beggin strips, those are Nixon's although I bet Carter would eat them, since he seems to like all of Nixon's other toys.

Bubbles, as my family calls him

Grandma getting him ready for bed.

So I can tell from our friends blogs that I'm not the only one who loved these bunny ears and couldn't pass them up for $1.

Carter's visit from Great Uncle Chuck and Aunt Sharon...can you tell that her and my mom are sisters or what. :-)
